All the world is a stage…

Been re-reading this. Tempest is a “spoken word performer, poet, recording artist, novelist and playwright.” I am interested in her work because explores the performative through the lens of both as it were the “theatrical” and the anthropological and the sociological…”all the world is a stage” sort of thing – although that of course was not originally Tempest.

Little warning to all of us in her words…”I learned that when you have no way offstage, you will damage yourself.”
